The LMX 88 provides an 8 x 8 analog I/O, 8 × 8 AES3 digital I/O, 8 × 8 Dante networked I/O and two interfaces of AES50 where up to 24 channels from the up to 96 AES50 channels can be selected and used as inputs or outputs – this makes the signal routing very flexible. The 16 input routers have four fully user-programmable priorities for redundant input operation and provide seamless failover between the inputs.
GOING LMX AT FOH WITH SEAMLESS CONSOLE SWITCH THROUGH SCENES
LMX is a versatile centerpiece that allows you to easily manage the signal flow. It can receive signals from multiple consoles and allows for easy switching or mixing of those signals for distribution to your sound system. With the introduction of Scenes, you can pre-program any combination of signal flow and easily recall them using the front panel or the Lake Controller Software. Additionally, you can configure the GPI on the rear panel to activate a Scene using a custom switch for seamless console switching.
DEDICATED HIGH-PERFORMANCE SAMPLE RATE CONVERTERS PER INPUT
It can be difficult to combine multiple digital sources using conventional solutions. However, the LMX has solved this issue by including dedicated high-performance, low-latency sample rate converters per input. Enabling the connection of multiple non-synchronized digital sources to the LMX with the simplicity of analog.
