Whirlwind WFS12X2.5
The surface mount version mounts "on the wall" and its mounting flanges are the same dimensions as the corresponding backbox. Optional Whirlwind black powder coated backboxes for the surface mount versions are available for a finished look as opposed to a NEMA type electrical box, see table below.
