The unit combines the RF outputs from up to 8 different ADTQ or ADTD Axient PSM transmitters into a single output to feed a single transmit antenna, helping to eliminate intermodulation noise when multiple antennas are deployed in the same space. Alternatively, the AD8C can combine the output of up to 4 Axient PSM transmitters to feed two antennas; this supports Spatial Diversity for improved reception and greater coverage area.
