Overview
The USM 69 i Variable Pattern Stereo Microphone is a dual capsule stereo microphone with two K67 multi-pattern capsules and independent amplifier stages operating independently from each other. The capsules are stacked and rotated at a 270 degree angle for M/S and X/Y style stereo capturing.
Each capsule features individually switchable omnidirectional, cardioid, figure-8, hypercardioid and wide-angle cardioid polar patterns for the ultimate in flexible audio capturing. The USM 69 i features independent output stages allowing the capsules to function as individual mono microphones for audio backup capturing applications. The USM 69 i is a powerful stereo microphone for crucial studio recording of vocals and instruments.
