The NEXSYS UPS Expandable Run Time Unit for the 1000 and 1500VA NEXSYS UPS products give you that extra oomph when you need additional run time for your AV systems if/when a power anomaly occurs. Connect up to (4) Expandable Run Time Units for even more run time!

Specifications
Rackmount UPS
Rackmount Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) shall be Middle Atlantic Products model # UPX- __ R-2 or UPX-
RLNK-__-__ (refer to chart). UPS shall be line interactive with AVR. Unit shall measure 19.00” W x 3.50” H x __.00”
D (refer to chart for depth) and occupy 2 rack spaces. UPS shall have a rear mounting range of 20” to 36”. UPS shall
have slim rail mounting allowing mounting with a pair of middle rack rail. Unit shall operate on 120 VAC/60Hz current
with a Power Factor of 0.9. Unit shall have a nominal output of 120V with optional selection for 110V or 127V. Unit shall
have a capacity of __ VA and __ W (refer to chart). Unit shall have (8) NEMA 5- __ receptacles on the rear of the unit
(refer to chart). Unit shall have all outlets controlled via 2 banks for selection of non-critical load shedding, or individual
outlet control, depending on model. Unit shall be IP enabled, depending on model (RLNK models), or when used with
optional RackLink™ Network card, model# UPX-RLNK-CARD. Rackmount UPS shall include an IEC-C13 detachable 6’
(1.83m) SignalSAFE™ power cord with NEMA __ (refer to chart) plug. UPS shall have all mode surge suppression and
overload protection. Rackmount UPS shall have a hot swappable battery that allows for a __ minute run time at half
load and a __ (refer to chart) minute run time at full load. Rear of unit shall have inputs that allow for the installation of
up to 4 additional hot swappable batteries. Rackmount UPS shall utilize Middle Atlantic NEXSYS Power Management

use and conditions for a period of 3 years; battery shall be warrantied for a period of 2 years. Rackmount UPS shall be
tested to UL 1778 and CAN CSA-C22.2 standards in US and Canada. Rackmount UPS shall be FCC Class A certified
and complies with Canadian ICES-003. Rackmount UPS shall be EnergyStar 2.0 certified.
Expandable Battery Pack
Rackmount expandable run time battery pack shall be Middle Atlantic Products model# UPX-EXPANRUN-__-__ (refer
to char). UPX-EXPANRUN-10-15 shall be suitable for use with UPX-1_00R-2 and UPX-RLNK-1_00R-_ (refer to chart).
UPX-EXPANRUN-20 shall be suitable for use with UPX-2000R-2 and UPX-RLNK-2000R-_UPS-2200R. UPS-EBPR shall
measure 19.00” W x 3.50” H x __” D (refer to chart for depth) and occupy 2 rack spaces. UPS-EBPR shall require __”
useable depth (refer to chart). With __ hot swappable batteries connected to the unit, there is a __ minute run time at
half load and a __ minute run time at full load (refer to chart). Rackmount expandable run time battery pack shall be
