Full Size 3-Way High-Directivity Line Array With Compression ASM Suspension System

The VTX V25-II-CS is a full size 3-way high-directivity line array element that includes a new 4th generation waveguide which improves long throw performance, wavefront control, and is an improved power match for the Crown IT4x3500HD. The transducer compliment for VTX V25-II-CS is two 2000W 15" Differential Drive® woofers mounted in die cast aluminum baffles, four 8" Differential Drive midrange transducers firing through a patented (RBI Radiation Boundary Integrator®), and three revolutionary D2 Dual-Diaphragm Dual-Voice-Coil Compression Drivers loaded onto the newly designed waveguide. Patented rigging, Crown I-Tech HD amplification with BSS ® OmniDriveHD V5 Processing, and JBL HiQnet Performance Manager™ configuration and control software complete the system package.

Technology

D2 DUAL DIAPHRAGM DUAL VOICE COIL COMPRESSION DRIVER

The revolutionary D2 Dual Driver dramatically improves the sound and performance of high frequencies, providing an extreme output advantage over conventional systems with significantly higher array power, reduced distortion, double the number of voice coils and more than double the power handling. This results in a dramatic increase in pure high frequency sound pressure levels in the same physical footprint with a 30% reduction in weight.

VTX V25-II WAVEGUIDE Improved Wavefront Control

The V25‐II waveguide provides better acoustic loading conditions for the D2 driver, resulting in 10 dB higher sensitivity above 10 kHz.

DIFFERENTIAL DRIVE® TECHNNOLOGY Enhanced Performance and Dramatically Reduced Driver Weight
