Overview

The Sensor IQ Tap Kit is used to provide a low-current normal sense circuit from the three phasebars of an ETC Sensor IQ breaker panel to an emergency lighting control device such as an ETCSC1008 Branch Circuit Emergency Lighting Transfer Switch (BCELTS), ETC Emergency BypassDetection Kit (EBDK), or an ETC Emergency Lighting Transfer Switch (ELTS2). The Tap Kit iscompatible with 120 V, 240 V, and 277 V Sensor IQ panels.

The Sensor IQ Tap Kit includes a fuse block on a bracket and screws to attach the bracket to oneside of the existing low-voltage trough. The kit includes three 20 A fuses installed in the fuse blockand a wiring harness to connect the fuse block to your emergency lighting control device.

Kit Components

The Sensor IQ Tap Kit attaches to the low-voltage trough inside the panel using threaded holes inthe sides of the low-voltage trough. If your panel doesn't have threaded holes in the sides of thelow-voltage trough, you need the retrofit kit (7131K1718) that includes a new low-voltage troughwith the threaded holes.
