Overview

It comes along with Microdot Connector. It is a professionally designed miniature, moisture-resistant lavalier microphone that's carefully created for use with wireless systems for theatrical, broadcast and performance applications. Equipped with a low-sensitivity electret-condenser capsule that's capable to handle loud speakers, vocalists, and performers and still deliver a clear, crisp and intelligible audio, and also the rugged yet unobtrusive design is made well suited to the demands of professional live stage work and presentations at the same time.

This version of the 4061 is using the DPA's CORE technology capable of delivering a 4 dB increase in dynamic range and a 14 dB reduction in noise over the 4061 Legacy model. The mic comes including two interchangeable capsule-protection grids that are intended for altering the sonic character of the microphone. The High-Boost Grid is possible to create a peak at 12 kHz, which is very helpful for chest placement, and also the Soft-Boost Grid comes offering a subtle boost between 8 to 20 kHz at the same time, which is surely lightly enhancing signal presence for ensuring the clarity.

It comes along with an SPL rating of 144 dB, the microphone is made more than capable of handling loud vocalists, speakers, and presenters. The mic is also  possible to be used very effectively for capturing instruments—which makes it a flexible tool for use in houses of worship and live event productions. The 4061 CORE is powered by 5 to 10V plug-in power from a wireless transmitter and features unterminated pigtail leads allowing you to custom wire the mic to the connector of your choice.
