Overview:
The DAS Audio EVENT-30A is a compact, self-powered two-way line array system designed for professional sound reinforcement applications. Its lightweight yet robust polypropylene enclosure houses two 10″ neodymium transducers and two M-60 (1.75″) compression drivers, delivering precise horizontal coverage of 90° down to 200 Hz. Smart Self-Tuning technology automatically detects each unit’s position in the array and applies optimized presets, including long throw and short throw modes, reducing setup time and potential errors.
Featuring a high-efficiency Class D amplifier, 24-bit DSP with FIR processing, and seamless integration with DAScontrol, the EVENT-30A provides consistent, high-quality audio performance. The Fast Set Splay (FSS) rigging system allows rapid and precise splay angle adjustments for vertical arrays. Designed for medium to large events, fixed installations, and professional rental applications, it combines power, advanced technology, and portability in a reliable solution.
